means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Buyers, Sellers, Agents/Brokers, and Builders/Developers.
means any User who browses listings with the intent to purchase, rent, or lease a property.
means any individual or entity who lists a property for sale or lease on the Platform.
means any real estate agent, broker, or intermediary registered on the Platform who facilitates property transactions.
means any real estate developer, construction company, or corporate entity listing new or under-construction projects on the Platform.
means any property advertisement, description, image, video, floor plan, or associated content posted on the Platform.
means all information, text, data, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, documents, and other material uploaded, submitted, or displayed on the Platform.
means all features, tools, functionalities, and services provided through the Platform including but not limited to property search, listing management, lead generation, and communication tools.
Important: luvnuk.com is an intermediary platform as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The Company does not buy, sell, rent, or deal in any real estate property directly.
The Platform acts solely as an online marketplace connecting Buyers, Sellers, Agents, and Builders. Techinfusion Private Limited is not a party to any transaction between Users and shall not be held liable for any transaction, agreement, deal, or dispute between Users.
While the Company undertakes reasonable efforts to verify listings, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or genuineness of any listing, property title, ownership claim, or User-submitted information. Users must independently verify all information before entering into any transaction.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, or real estate advice. Users should consult qualified professionals (advocates, chartered accountants, RERA-registered agents) before making any property-related decision.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over such websites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
